For Pharmazee, I developed a cohesive brand identity, packaging design, and a user-friendly e-commerce platform with dedicated landing pages for various therapies, including weight loss. The project also included comprehensive brand guidelines, engaging organic and paid social ads, and the development of an AI voice assistant to enhance customer support and drive conversions through both the website and click-to-call campaigns—establishing Pharmazee as a trusted leader in online pharmacy.
Pharmazee wanted to increase online sales and patient registrations for its telehealth therapies—particularly weight loss—while building trust and simplifying the customer journey.
We launched a data-driven paid ad campaign across Meta and Google Ads, the Creative was a series of AI UGC Video, directing traffic to high-converting, therapy-specific landing pages. The landing pages were designed for clarity and quick action, each optimized with persuasive copy, trust signals, and a prominent “Click to Call” option.
To further boost conversions, we developed an AI-powered voice assistant that proactively engaged visitors via website chat and answered calls from the campaign. The assistant provided instant answers, addressed objections, and guided prospects to complete their purchase or registration.
A/B testing was implemented on landing page elements (headlines, CTAs, forms) and voice assistant scripts. We continuously measured key metrics: click-through rates, cost per acquisition, and conversion rates.
Results:
Paid campaigns generated a 37% increase in qualified leads within the first 60 days.
Landing page A/B testing improved conversion rates by 22%.
Integrating the AI voice assistant lifted close rates by 18%, with many users completing purchases or scheduling calls directly through the assistant.
Conclusion:
By combining targeted paid ads, conversion-optimized landing pages, and AI-powered engagement, Pharmazee transformed its online funnel—delivering measurable growth and a seamless healthcare experience for its customers.

As Creative Director and CMO for Maxoderm, I led the development of a high-converting e-commerce website and segmented landing pages tailored to diverse audiences. Leveraging AI-generated video ads, UGC, and 3D product visuals, I drove revenue primarily through paid advertising. I also launched an AI voice agent to qualify and close leads via click-to-call campaigns, streamlining the sales funnel and maximizing conversion rates.
Advertising Maxoderm, a male enhancement topical, on Meta was challenging due to strict industry restrictions. Standard ad campaigns were frequently flagged and shut down once Meta detected the product category, disrupting revenue and scalability. Tracking from ad to landing page would often trigger these limitations, hurting business growth.
To bypass these restrictions, we pivoted to a Click-to-Call campaign. Initially, a live call center handled inbound leads, qualifying and converting prospects. To improve efficiency and scale, I developed a multilingual AI voice assistant capable of handling calls 24/7, matching human agents in conversion rates. This solution allowed campaigns to run after office hours and reach new markets without staffing limitations.
Paid campaigns ran 98% uninterrupted after the switch to click-to-call.
AI voice assistant achieved a 28% conversion rate, matching the call center’s historical performance.
Lead handling capacity increased by 3.5x due to round-the-clock automation and multilingual support.
EBITDA increased by 220% within 6 months, driven by higher conversion volume, lower cost per acquisition, and reduced labor expenses.
